Three Day Holiday
Sunday
Woke up early morning, went to church, then went straight to a friends house to join their "family" outing to Laguna. FINALLY! I got to swim! *panawagan sa mga maglalakwatcha para magswimming, available po ako basta walang trabaho*
No pictures to share, but just imagine, private pool, lots of food, free karaoke, free billiard, and a nice soft bed and a nice room that lets the cold breeze of the night in to lull you to sleep. Nice right?
Monday
Got home before lunch, slept for 2 hours, then went on to prepare to meet another set of friends, went to grocery, and literally considered all of the veggie section and it's possibility for grilling.
Grill Anything Day consisted of:
- roasted hotdogs
- grilled corn
- grilled sausages
- grilled bacon (where I almost took a bucket of water when the fire got crazy over the grease dripping from it)
- grilled sukiyaki beef
- grilled onions
- grilled cored tomatoes stuffed with mozarella cheese and onions bits, topped with cheddar cheese and sprinkled with basil
- grilled green pepper stuffed with mozarella cheese
- grilled slices of eggplant topped with bacons bits and cheddar/mozarella cheese
- ROASTED BIG FLUFFY MARSHMALLOWS
Tuesday
Went to a road trip with another set of friends:
went to San Beda to accompany friends to get their medallion (?), from there we got lost in the SLEX expressway, went to Sucat, back to Slex, to Bicutan, got stopped by a traffic officer, almost got traffic ticket because we thought the Cash Coupon was an EPass, lost in the libingan ng mga bayani with a friend screaming *ayokong makulong - no tresspassing oh!* then finally found our way to our original destination:

Haha, true about the camera. Plus it's easier to tell a story with pictures :)
Grill Anything Day sounds great! Have you tried grilled pineapples? Yummers...
