Goals, not Resolutions! Because it is something to achieve - not to change.
I really do not believe in yearly resolution - I am more of a weekly or monthly type of person to set her goals.
-------
1. Healthy Eating (Reduce drinking of Sodas, Drink more water, Eat at home, eat more veggies, reduce eating foods with preservatives, drink more water, drink more water ---)
2. More Exercise (must have at least 3 days of 30 mins exercise a week)
3. Sleep by 11pm (so that I can get up by 5am)
4. Study Flash! Must Study FLASH!
5. Save money. (for a lot of things)
6. Must get visa for Japan and New York.
7. Practice my basic Nihonggo
8. Must be able to read at least 1 book a month.
